Notifications must be made immediately via the customer's own account under "Return Merchandise Manager" to the responsible seller / manufacturer. The goods may only be returned if the seller / manufacturer has confirmed the defect. Returns are returned originally packed andcompleted with all accessories at the expense and risk of the customer.
The KUNSTHELDEN are mediators between product seller / manufacturer and goods purchaser (customer) and assume no liability for damages and defects.
