    You have ordered a unique item.


    For unique items no right of revocation can be granted. Likewise, immediatly upon receipt of the delivery you have the obligation to inspect the goods promptly for defects. Feedback regarding defects must be made within two weeks after receipt of the goods.

    Defects discovered later may be covered under certain circumstances by the seller / manufacturer’s warranty. Both – defects found on the receipt of the delivery, as well as later identified warranty cases by the customer – are to be reported directly and immediatly to the seller / manufacturer for clarification and resolution.

    Notifications must be made immediately via the customer's own account under "Return Merchandise Manager" to the responsible seller / manufacturer. The goods may only be returned if the seller / manufacturer has confirmed the defect. Returns are returned originally packed andcompleted with all accessories at the expense and risk of the customer.

     

    Warranty

    The KUNSTHELDEN are mediators between product seller / manufacturer and goods purchaser (customer) and assume no liability for damages and defects.
